Bruce initially joined DundeeWealth Inc. in 2006 as Senior Vice President, Head of Products and Services, Retail Division. In 2008 he was appointed Executive Vice President and Head of Goodman Private Wealth Management.

After graduating in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, he began his career as an account executive in the Pension Trust division of National Trust Company. Following that Bruce held a series of progressive positions in Western Canada and Toronto, including senior executive posts at Midland Walwyn, Merrill Lynch, CIBC Wood Gundy and as a founding partner and Senior Vice President of Richardson Partners Financial Ltd. At Richardson Partners Financial he was head of operations, their investment platform, and retail equity syndication.

Bruce also maintains executive posts with Dundee Securities Corp. and Dundee Private Investors Inc.
