Ned Goodman is Lead Portfolio Manager for Goodman Private Wealth Management.
He is Chairman of Dynamic Mutual Funds Limited and Chief Executive Officer
of Dundee Bancorp Inc. and Dundee Wealth Management Inc.
Mr. Goodman has almost four decades of investment experience as a securities
analyst, portfolio manager and senior executive and a well established
reputation as one of Canada's most successful investment counselors.
Mr. Goodman is the founder and benefactor of the Goodman Institute of
Investment Management, a graduate school for investment management at
Concordia University, and serves there as an Adjunct Professor and as
a member of the Associates of the Chancellor.
He is actively involved and a benefactor in various philanthropic activities.
He is Chairman Emeritus of the Canadian Council of Christians and Jews,
a Governor of Junior Achievement of Canada, a former Director of the Mount
Sinai Hospital Foundation and a Director of the Royal Ontario Museum Foundation.
He is also a founding Director of the Roasters Foundation, the Jodamada
Foundation and the Dynamic Fund Foundation.
Mr. Goodman has a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and
a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. He
earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1967. In 1997,
he was awarded a Doctorate of Laws, honoris causa, by Concordia University.

Mr. Ferman brings twenty years of financial services experience to his position of Executive Vice President and Head of Goodman Private Wealth Management
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, Mr. Ferman began his career in 1989 serving the needs of institutional pension and financial intermediary clients of the National Trust Company. He has since held a series of progressive positions in Western Canada and Toronto including senior executive posts at Merrill Lynch, CIBC Wood Gundy and in 2003 Mr. Ferman was a founding partner, Senior Vice President and head of operations for Richardson Partners Financial Limited.
Donald B. MacDonald, CIM, F.C.S.I, CFA

Donald joined Goodman Private in 1997, where he was initially responsible for building the national operations of the private wealth division.
Donald's value focused management style and his emphasis on building strong client relationships drive the Goodman Private team. Donald's main focus is in providing investment management services to business owners and entrepreneurs. He is a veteran of the investment business having begun his career in the investment industry in 1984 and has worked as an analyst, senior marketer and portfolio manager in both private and public organizations.
Prior to joining Goodman Private, Donald was the National Marketing Manager for a major Canadian brokerage firm's Private Asset Management Group.
Donald has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba. In 1993, he earned the Certified Investment Manager designation and became a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute. In 1998, he earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
Daymon Loeb, CIM

Daymon joined the Goodman Private team in 2005 as Vice President & Associate Portfolio Manager. Daymon's value focused management style and his emphasis on building strong client relationships drive the process that he employs with every client.
Prior to joining Goodman Private, Daymon was a Regional Vice President in Toronto for Dynamic Funds since 1997. Daymon brings to the Goodman Private team an excellent understanding of the High Net Worth Market along with a life long passion for Focus+ Investing.
Daymon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, is a CFA Level II Candidate, earned the designation Certified Investment Manager and is the President of the LWW Children's Foundation
Garry McCulloch, CIM

Garry joined Goodman Private in 2001 as a member the Portfolio Management
team. Together with the investment team at Goodman Private, he focuses
on the management of high net worth investment portfolios and business
development opportunities in the Western Canadian Region.
Prior to joining Goodman Private, he spent six years building an Investment
Counseling operation as Regional Director Investment Services for a major
Canadian financial institution. Garry also worked for a national brokerage
firm on both the retail and institutional side dealing with major counseling
firms as clients. His 16 years of investment industry experience bring
to the team expertise in providing investment solutions for private clients,
trusts and foundations.
Garry attended the University of Calgary ,University of Alberta and graduated
with President of Honours from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology
Business Administration in 1990. In June 1999, he received the Certified
Investment Management designation. Garry is a member of the Estate Planning
Council of Calgary.
Garry is also very active in his community and is Chair of the Fund Development
Committee for Special Olympics Calgary. He also volunteers for a number
of other charities in his community.
Angelo Parziale, CFP

Angelo became a member of the Goodman Private team in March 2004, and is based in Montreal. In his current role as Vice President, Investment Services, he focuses on business development opportunities and provides personalized portfolio management services to private clients, trusts and foundations.
Angelo began his investment career with a prominent investment advisory firm in 1991. His career includes experience in many areas of the financial services industry. He brings to Goodman Private an important combination of investment expertise and a proven commitment to client service.
In 1999, Angelo was awarded the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Pamela Russell, CFA

Pamela joined Goodman Private in February 2005 as Vice-President, Portfolio Manager. Pamela works with the Goodman investment team to manage high net worth investment portfolios of private clients, trusts and foundations in British Columbia .
Pamela began working in the private client investment industry in 1992 with a large Canadian financial institution. Over the years, Pamela has developed an in-depth knowledge of capital markets, a strong understanding of the high net worth market, and a proven expertise in providing investment management service.
Pamela graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Masters Degree in Economics and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.
Valerie Wowryk, CFA

Valerie joined Goodman Private in January 2001 as a Private Wealth Portfolio
Manager. As Vice President, she focuses on development of the Manitoba
office and providing personalized portfolio management for the high net
worth segment of that market.
Valerie is a veteran of the private client investment industry. Prior
to joining Goodman Private, she spent 20 years working as an Investment
Counselor for a respected trust organization. She brings to the team a
wide array of experience in providing affluent clients with customized
wealth management solutions. Valerie has an excellent understanding of
the capital markets and strong commitment to personalized service.
Valerie earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Past
President and current Director of the Winnipeg Society of Financial Analysts.
Peter Rawson

Peter joined Goodman Private Wealth Management in September 2007. He is based in Toronto.
Peter has over 20 years experience in the investment management business. He has worked as an investment counselor/portfolio manager with a respected Trust Company, a Bank and a large Mutual Fund company, managing both private and institutional client portfolios. He has strong investment management and communication skills.
His value focused management style complements the Goodman Private Wealth team philosophy.
Peter graduated from the University of Toronto in 1980.
John Panneton, B Comm

Following graduation, John Panneton joined CIBC Wood Gundy as an Account
Executive where he gained extensive experience in the retail brokerage business
in the Canadian and global marketplaces. As a member of the CIBC Wood
Gundy privatization team in London, England during the mid 1980s he consulted
for the British government with regard to the structure and distribution of
issues of initial public offerings of government owned enterprises.
He became National Sales Manager and Executive Vice President of CIBC Wood
Gundy in 1989, and subsequently was named President and CEO of CIBC
Investment Management Corporation. Between 1990 and 1995, Mr. Panneton
also acted as Chairman of CIBC (Suisse) s.a.
In 1998, Mr. Panneton joined Dundee Bancorp, and was appointed President
of Dundee Securities Corporation.
In July 2003, he was seconded to Goodman Private Wealth Management where
he assumed the role of President. He continues in the role of Vice Chairman
of Dundee Securities Corporation.
Mr. Panneton’s experience extends to all aspect of modelling Royalty Trust
offerings from conception and development to public distribution – experience
that he has applied to countless new offerings.
Mr. Panneton holds directorships with a number of public companies.
